Waterlily and Dragonfly

This silk blouse reminds me of spring with its dragonfly cufflinks and its waterlily print. But, because it’s not still very warm in Montreal, I paired it with a sweater and my favorite transitional coat! I admit, I opted for some pretty light flats, but I assure you that I wasn’t cold at all while walking and admiring the 60’s architecture of Place des Arts.

Have a nice week everyone!

It’s not spring yet, but we definitely can start to prepare for it! For example, this coat is the ideal transitional piece. Worn with a big sweater, a huge scarf, some gloves and a knitted hat, it’s absolutely perfect for the warmer days in March. It’s also superb worn as a vest and combined with a tee, a pant and a pair of pumps. I will show you that look as soon as the weather allows, I promise!

Winter Leaves

One of the advantages of working with my “man behind the lens” is rediscovering our own city and seeing it with new eyes. I don’t remember ever having seen orange leaves in the middle of January. Magnificent! And luckily, these leaves match this reversible bag perfectly. Blue, grey, yellow and orange, what a pretty mix of colors for a winter’s day!

I often fall in love with coats… Too often! And this time, I gave in to temptation! This coat goes with everything, so you may see it frequently! And as I’m going to work all day long in a cafe today, I opted for the comfort of my James Perse pants and for my tote bag that can even fit my laptop! Have a nice day!

Van Gogh

What an amazing place! This urban art site was created in conjunction with the Van Gogh exhibition at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. I was very surprised when I arrived because I realized that from one point of view, the pointillism patterns were blue, and from another perspective, they were red and orange. We had a lot of fun making this photo shoot and we are very happy with the result! I particularly love the contrast between the shades of gray of the outfit and the colors of the street art!
