Soft Trench

It has been cold and rainy in Montreal lately, and this soft trench is the perfect piece to cope with this kind of weather. It’s a light and flexible coat that moves with the body. This one is made of lyocell, a fiber that is soft, durable and comfortable, but still green and biodegradable.

Combined with a striped tee and white pants, this look allows you to adjust to varying weather, while remaining elegant, feminine and relaxed.

Dress Season

I always find that time of the year when you first wear a little dress without extra layers a little strange. I wonder if the warm weather is truly here! And then, a doubt grows inside me… Am I going to be cold? Is my skirt to short? And I admit, I’m always a bit shocked to realize how white my legs are! But the moment I step outside, all my worries melt away as I enjoy the moment and this pleasant breeze that caressing my skin. The little dress season has officially started!

Japanese Inspiration

This blouse makes me think of Tokyo… Or perhaps, a contemporary and urban version of the traditional Japanese kimono. The blouse’s shoulder shape is a subtle variation of the kamishimo (the warrior’s outfit), the unique wrapping belt suggests a Geisha’s obi and the heavy 100% silk fabric enhances the blouse’s elaborate cut. An absolutely original concept piece!

Psst! You can find it at 25% off at Chance boutique!

Rain

I love this photo… I also love the rain! When it rains I want to daydream all the time… As if time was suddenly slowing down. And it’s in some way what I feel when I look at this picture!

Illuminating the Rain

It’s raining in Montreal… And when it’s raining, I like to wear soft and luminous colors to compensate for the gloom. This little top is very simple, but I fell for its trumpet sleeves and for this antique pink which is easy to match. It’s the perfect backdrop to showcase this magnificent necklace that can be worn in many ways: as a bracelet, as a pendant, at the neck or at its entire length. Worn with this blue umbrella from my memorable trip to China, this outfit has everything to illuminate my day!
